Alexey Vervald was born on August 11, 1993 in Moscow.
In 2010 he graduated from the Moscow Gymnasium in the South-West no.1543 and entered the Faculty of Physics of M.V.Lomonosov Moscow State University.
In 2016 he graduated with honors from the specialist's program, after which in 2016-2020 he completed postgraduate studies there.
In 2012 he entered the Department of Quantum Electronics as a student. Since 2017 he has been working at the department as a leading specialist, since 2020 as a junior researcher.
In 2022 he defended his Ph.D. thesis on the topic "Nanodiamonds in suspensions: laser spectroscopy of interactions with the environment and surface photoluminescence".
